WISDOM FOR THE WEEK:

Our greatest glory
is not in never failing,
but in rising up
everytime we fall.

Cofucious

(Did you know that the Rocky Movies were based on the actual life of Heavy Weight Boxing Champion Rocky Marcianio? And that was his style of fighting. His most famous saying was "Don't matter how many times you get knocked down - it only matters how many times you get up."

MoNdAy FuNnIeS:

The funniest blonde joke I have ever heard:
It was contributed by a friend of mine in California who is a "REAL" blonde (but in hair color only I assure you.) She declined to be recognized for her contribution. Here is her note to me:

Cordell,

I have to tell you my blonde joke.

This blonde was tired of being thought so dumb and so decided to learn all the capitals of all the states, to prove that she was smart. So she did and then asked a friend to test her. So the friend asked, "What's the capital of Washington? She said, "W".

So now my husband teases me when ever I hesitate to answer a question, and asks "Is it W?"
